Products and pricing

We try to show colours, materials and dimensions accurately, but screens vary and handmade items carry small natural differences. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any taxes stated there. If a price is listed in error, we will contact you before charging you and you may cancel.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if payment cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraudulent use.

Personalisation content

You are responsible for the text, images and artwork you supply for personalised items, including that you have the right to use them. We may refuse to produce content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to that order.
