When you place an order we collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number and the contents of your order. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on this site.

Why we collect it

To take payment, produce and deliver your order, handle returns, and answer your questions. If you subscribe to our newsletter we also use your email address to send gift ideas and offers.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to keep your cart contents between pages, remember your session, and measure how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart will not work correctly without them.

Sharing

We share what is necessary with our payment provider, our delivery carriers, and our email provider. We do not sell your personal data.

Keeping your data

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
