You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging, with any gift box or insert included.

Personalised items

Items customised with a name, date, message or photo cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind, since they cannot be resold. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered.

Faulty or damaged goods

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including return postage.

How to start a return

Email us from the Contact page with your order number and the reason for return. We will send return instructions and an address. Please do not send items back before you hear from us.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives and passes inspection, usually within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
