Free shipping threshold

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50. Below that, a flat standard shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Stocked items are packed within 1–2 business days. Personalised items are made to order and need 2–4 business days before they ship, because engraving, printing and quality checks happen after you order, not before.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your address and the shipping method you choose. Estimates cover business days and do not include public holidays.

Tracking

You receive a tracking reference by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. You can also look up any order from the Order Tracking page using your order number and billing email.

Addresses and delays

Please check your delivery address carefully. We can change an address only before an order ships. Once a parcel is with the carrier, delays caused by weather, customs or carrier backlog are outside our control, though we will chase them on your behalf.
