Personalised items are made after you order. Allow 2–4 business days for production, plus the delivery time shown at checkout. Stocked items ship in 1–2 business days.

Standard shipping is free on every order over $50. Under that, a flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Not for a change of mind, because it cannot be resold. If it arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, we replace or refund it in full.

Yes. Enter their address as the delivery address at checkout. Prices are never included in the parcel, so the recipient will not see what you paid.

Contact us as soon as possible. We can change details or cancel while the order is still being prepared, but not once a personalised item has gone into production or a parcel has shipped.
